Staff key a registration taken over the phone during office hours. Payment is recorded as taken by card over the phone or by mailed check, and the registrant gets the same confirmation.

Cancellations & refunds

Any registration can be cancelled from its confirmation page. The spot returns to the live count, the cancellation is recorded against the registration, and the events team sees it on the dashboard.
