A working platform, not a promise

This is running software, not screenshots. It is loaded with 7,099 sample members in 4,403 membership units, the same scale ACE operates at today, and it uses ACE's real published dues structure, real chart of accounts, and real region list. Only the people are fictional.

Take the tour

The platform is organised the way the real thing would be: a public site for prospective members, a member area behind sign-in, and a staff console behind role-based access. You can move between roles at any time using the control in the top right, with no password.

StopWhat to look at
1. The front doorWhere a member or staffer signs in and a prospective member joins. ACE’s public marketing website stays with its volunteer web team (RFP 3.H.4); this is the membership platform behind it.
2. Join and payACE's real dues structure computed live, with a Stripe card checkout in test mode. Completing it creates the account and signs you in.
3. Sign inFive personas, no passwords. Members, contractor, treasurer, president.
4. The member appRenewal in one click, household and contact editing, the digital card, and a real signed Apple Wallet pass.
5. Member directoryMembers only, with each member's own privacy preferences enforced.
6. Event registrationEvery RFP rate type, comp codes, volunteer signup, cancellations and refunds.
7. The staff consoleDashboard, members, analytics, event operations, financials in ACE's own chart of accounts, mailing files, sync and API, and access control.
8. RFP coverage indexEvery item in Section 3 mapped to where it is demonstrated.
What this is, and what it is not

The RFP makes the contractor responsible for "maintaining an online membership system and creating event registration pages" (Section 2.N) and for supplying the membership and event registration software (Section 3.G). That system, today YourMembership, is what this preview replaces. ACE's websites, Higher Logic community, news and coaster content are not part of this and remain with ACE's volunteer web team, who receive a daily data sync from this platform, exactly as the RFP describes.

Evaluating against the RFP

The RFP Coverage page maps every item in Section 3 (Scope of Services) to the exact page in this preview where it is demonstrated, or to the service commitment in our proposal. Nothing is left to interpretation.
