Access control

Who can open what, who approved it, and when. Only the president grants or revokes console access, and every change is written to the log below with a user and a timestamp (RFP 3.B.5). Revoke someone here and their tabs disappear immediately, across the platform, the exports and the API.

The platform deliberately models only the access levels the RFP requires: our own contractor accounts, kept to least privilege; ACE's president, who alone approves membership data access (3.B.5); and ACE's treasurer, who with the president receives the financial reporting (3.D.4 to 3.D.7). Other ACE officers and directors named in the RFP can be added as accounts under the same model when ACE asks, but we have not invented roles or workflows beyond the scope of Section 3.
