Notices go out automatically at 180 and 30 days, with printed forms for members who request paper (RFP 3.B.3). See the pipeline and the notices themselves.
Denied cards, expired cards, returned checks and short payments, worked on a three-touch schedule so a failed auto-renew becomes a phone call, not a silent lapse. Stripe's account updater refreshes reissued card numbers automatically; the rest we chase by email, then phone, then paper.
